I did the B12 shot the night before the Monument Ave race and a vitamin drip and compression immediately after and I feel like a million bucks-despite my middle age status. I feel like a 20 year oldShow more again! I actually ran my best time since I was 20. The entire staff at Night and Day were amazing, professional, and supportive. I was nervous but each person I encountered walked me through the process from start to finish. Thank you for going above and beyond!
