El jueves 5 de marzo tuve la oportunidad de asistir nuevamente a esa prestigiosa entidad odontológica y dada mi agradable estadía en dicha entidad, pues deseo hacer patente a continuación algunas reflexiones respecto a esa magnífica visita, con el expreso objetivo de contribuir con el Feedback que representa una eficiente herramienta gerencial que contribuye a optimizar aún más la calidad del servicio que ustedes les dispensan a todos sus pacientes diariamente: ¡Estoy plenamente agradecido por el gran profesionalismo y al mismo tiempo por la alta dosis de amabilidad y alta sensibilidad humana que recibí por parte de la Excelente Dra. Yarina Frias y su magnífica Asistente Dental Fabiola, las cuales con su loable labor profesional optimizaron mi salud bucal y por ende contribuyeron a elevar no solo mi autoestima, sino mi calidad de vida y felicidad al facilitarme como valor agregado a mantener una natural y plena sonrisa lo cual me proporciona una pertinente comunicación interpersonal y social! Permítanme, ante todo evocar en este contexto una conocida frase célebre en materia odontológica que a continuación cito ... “la Odontología es una profesión que requiere de aquellos que tienen el sentido estético de un artista, la destreza manual de un cirujano, el conocimiento científico de un médico y la paciencia de un monje” ... y traigo a colación esta célebre frase, pues en la misma se resume también las excelentes cualidades que caracterizan a la Dra. Frías, ya que dichos valores implícitos en esa célebre frase coinciden con los valores que ostenta la eficiente y amable Doctora; además de los valores agregados que independientemente ella exhibe dado su alto grado de vocación, amabilidad, sensibilidad humana y amor por lo que hace con gran dedicación en pro de optimizar la salud bucal integral y felicidad de sus pacientes. En esencia y sin hacer apología alguna, ella por todos esos valores que ostenta representa un digno ejemplo a imitar y felicitar. También en el marco de este sencillo pero meritorio Reconocimiento y Felicitaciones para la Doctora y específicamente dada su vocación y perseverancia en su sistemática capacitación profesional siendo aún una joven Odontóloga; pues a manera de referencia simbólica y pertinente estímulo motivacional para la continuidad creciente de su integral desarrollo científico odontológico, es que evoco el ejemplo de Lucy Hobbs Taylor la primera mujer de Estados Unidos y el mundo en graduarse como “Doctora en Cirugía Dental”(DDS) en la Facultad de Odontología en el “Ohio College of Dental Surgery” el 21 de febrero de 1866, la cual ante las adversidades discriminatorias de la época perseveró para que la misma fuera admitida y graduada con ese merecido título. Estos reflexivos argumentos antes expuestos me hacen inferir categóricamente que la incorporación de la Dra. Frias a “OBT Dental & Orthodontics” al excelente equipo de profesionales, asistentes, técnicos y empleados en general, pues lógicamente contribuirá a incrementar aún más en la palestra pública nacional el conocido y alto prestigio que ostenta actualmente “OBT Dental & Orthodontics” Finalmente reciban todos, desde la Gerencia y todo el integral equipo laboral unas merecidas Felicitaciones por todo lo que hacen con gran vocación y dedicación en pro de la salud e higiene bucal asi como por ser magníficos hacedores de sonrisas que significa felicidad para los pacientes que son atendidos en esa prestigiosa entidad con gran profesionalismo y amabilidad. ¡Considero firmemente sin hacer apología alguna que detrás de un eficiente y excelente equipo laboral, pues seguramente existe una eficiente y excelente Gerencia” Ruego a la Gerencia tenga la amabilidad de hacerle llegar esta nota a la Dra. Frías y su Asistente Fabiola, pues representa un merecido y sencillo estímulo para que sigan haciendo con gran vocación, dedicación y profesionalismo su loable labor.
