I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DENTAL OFFICE! I had a Very very poor experience. OBT would not honor the cleaning portion of the Groupon I was using, saying that I require a special cleaning which is not covered in the Groupon, and is pure nonsense. I have had 4 normal cleanings per year for many many years and take very good care of my teeth on a daily basis. I just moved to FL and that’s why I am now looking for a new dentist! No dentist ever has told me I require a special cleaning! Nonsense! OBT Dental should have told me up front and refunded my money if they will not perform the normal cleaning. I asked them to do the normal cleaning or refund my money and they would not do either one! This seems like a real scam! Shame on OBT! Take a look at the Groupon for many many of the same negative reviews! I should have read these before I was scammed by OBT! My Fault! They also charged me an extra $20 for my x-rays. I need these X-rays so I don’t have to take another set and expose myself to additional radiation a second time AT A MORE REPUTABLE DENTIST! Let’s see if Groupon will help to get me a refund from OBT! Shame on OBT! This scam has been going on for years and they do not care! They just keep doing it!
