At The Osteopathic Center for Healing we provide a comprehensive approach utilizing a true Integrative model for a broad array of medical conditions. We are one of only a few practices in the Washington DC Metro area to combine traditional medicine with Anti-Aging, Functional and Regenerative Medicine strategies.

FUNCTIONAL MEDICINE

Our Functional Medicine model is an individualized, patient-centered, science-based approach that allows patients and practitioners to work together to address the underlying causes of disease and promote optimal wellness. It requires a detailed understanding of each patient’s genetic, biochemical, and lifestyle factors and leverages that information to create personalized treatment plans.

By addressing root cause, rather than symptoms, we may find one condition has many different causes and, likewise, one cause may result in many different conditions. As a result, Functional Medicine treatment targets the specific manifestations of disease in each individual.

ANTI- AGING

We use preventative healthcare technologies and transformations that can combat chronic diseases associated with aging and underlying predispositions for certain illnesses. The goal for each patient is to foster and maintain a healthy and biologically efficient body.

Treatments to diminish the effects of aging might include – Hormone Balancing, Genetic testing, Customized Nutritional testing and Balancing, Cosmetic and Facial Aesthetics and Hair Re-growth.

REGENERATIVE MEDICINE

The goal of Regenerative Medicine is to restore the function and structure of damaged tissues and organs using innovative regenerative therapies such as bone marrow aspirations and platelet rich plasma (PRP). With these strategies we have been able to address conditions that previously were only treated with surgical interventions.

Dr. Spiegel and Jennifer have extensive training and experience in their areas of expertise, frequently training other providers and students at our center. Darby and Leanna have been with us for over five years and find it very fulfilling to help guide our patients to their optimal health.
