The members of Pittsburgh’s Shadyside practice restore each patient's functionality quickly with a natural, holistic, hands-on approach and without any long treatment plans or pharmaceuticals.

The professional and friendly team at Pittsburgh Physical Medicine and Chiropractic use two-week treatment plans to reduce patients’ pain levels, counsel them on how diet and exercise impacts the body, and heal injured discs through spinal rehabilitation. This holistic approach can improve shoulder, neck, and back pain, including sciatica, as well as things like headaches, spinal stenosis, and scoliosis.

The Shadyside team consists of Dr. Justin Foltz, who attended both the University of Pittsburgh and the Palmer College of Chiropractic Florida, Dr. Charles Crockatt, who graduated from Grand Valley State University in phyiscal therapy and The Manual Therapy Insititue with Orthopedic Manual Therapy certificate, and certified massage therapist Kathryn Figgins, who trained at the Pittsburgh School of Massage Therapy.
