Dr. Marshall provided exceptional care when I came in with a badly infected toe. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very compassionate throughout the entire treatment process. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable and cared for during a very stressful situation. Thanks to his expertise and attention, my condition improved greatly.
I also want to especially recognize his outstanding receptionist, Penny, who went above and beyond to help me. When I needed hyperbaric treatment that the clinic did not offer, she took the initiative to assist me in finding the care I needed and made the whole process much easier during a difficult time. Her kindness, patience, and genuine concern meant so much to me.

I first saw Dr. Shocked about 13 years ago for a bunionectomy. He did a great job and I literally had no pain. Fast Forward to 2024. I was having some serious problems with both of my feet. I ended up having surgery on both of my feet. Dr. Shocked is the one that first alerted me to the fact that I might have Rheumatoid Arthritis and he sent me for bloodwork. He was right and now he and my rheumatologist are addressing the issues associated with that. I love this group! Office staff is very warm and welcoming. Dr. Shock is pretty low-key, and happy to answer questions. I would and have recommended this practice to anyone looking for an outstanding podiatrist! Read less
