I felt heard, she took her time with me and listened to all of my concerns and was very thorough when explaining terms of things to me which others hadn't done before. I was going to give a 4 star only bc my visits take a little bit too long but then I thought about it and realized the reason behind that is bc she is so thorough with every patient and that takes time.
