The staff was very pleasant. But since then I have played hell trying to get someone on the phone or call me back. It took 2 weeks to finally get a mri scheduled.

Long wait but so worth it! Very thorough and Ms Evans politely took her time explaining my status, showing me the X-rays and discussing only alternative of Knee Replacement(s). Referral to Physical Therapy NOW for knees.

Doug is absolutely incredible with his passion for his patients and the success of their physical therapy. He is supportive and encouraging, he listens intently to understand your needs and concerns and addresses them immediately. While continuing to heal and be mobile I've had the opportunity to experience the positivity he promotes amongst his entire team which makes it a very positive place to continue physical therapy!
As a therapist Doug is very knowledgeable and he explained my diagnosis in details. He provided the exercises that would help for the pain in my elbow. I was simply amazed by my experience where I arrived with pain in my elbow and learned the pain was coming from my neck. When I left for my 1st visit the pain had subsided tremendously. I felt better leaving and knowing I could move my arm with extensions Thank you Doug!

Pre registration saved bunch of time, got called in at appointment time. Staff was gracious and professional and xRay tech is awesome. Fast diagnosis and referral. Will not hesitate to recommend.
