Welcome To The Transformation Center

The Transformation Center in the community of Cordova in Memphis, Tennessee, offers comprehensive, holistic care to address eating disorders, addiction, and other psychiatric conditions. Since 2001, the skilled medical team has been treating women with eating disorders in the Memphis area. The staff now offers comprehensive psychiatric treatment at their facility for a variety of issues, including addiction, anxiety, mood disorders, and trauma.

Customized treatment plans for psychiatric conditions available at The Transformation Center include their Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) and Partial Hospitalization (PHP) services. The therapists specialize in cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) for treating substance abuse and addiction, grief and loss, and eating disorders like bulimia, binge-eating, and anorexia.

The Transformation Center staff also offers a variety of experiential group therapies, such as art therapy, yoga therapy, music therapy, and other holistic therapeutic practices. The compassionate therapists focus on improving the mental, physical, and emotional health of those struggling with a psychiatric illness or previous trauma.

The compassionate staff recognizes that everyone has different needs, and they provide individualized care, group therapies, and family resources to restore balance and help each person enjoy a high quality of life.
