Went to my former Therapist for years until covid lock down. Was released as a patient shortly after because I'm scheduling conflict causing me a lot of problems trying to recover and work on my mental health. Finally I went to renewal mental health and didn't like it much. The psychiatrist there wasn't friendly and didn't seem to want to give much help.
