This IOP was my first experience, so I didn't know what to expect. With what little I had, the program exceeded my expectations. I was able to walk through my experiences, learn new tools, and take what I needed. There was no shame in leaving what didn't serve me behind, which was refreshing. With a lot of care givers, I've felt like the approach has been almost parental; Ginny didn't offer that. She gave acceptance & offered another way that might work better.
