I have been pleased with my care with one exception. I was moved from having Dr Sauer as my Dentist to Dr Marsh without contacting me or asking if it was ok. Dr Marsh is very nice but I came to this practice because Dr Sauer had bShow moreeen Recommened to me by 2 different people. I chose my dentist because of the recommendations. I’m very unhappy with that decision. I should have spoke up the 1st time when I had an appointment with Dr Sauer and they switched me to Dr Marsh.
Megan, my dental tech, makes my appointments very pleasant! As well as her knowledge and expertise, she is extremely personable. I look forward to visiting with her. Dr Sauer is amazing. Above and beyond, had an emergency, Dr Marsh worked me in and resolved the immediate issue quickly to enable me to proceed with my daily life until we can complete the process in a couple of weeks.

This place is run so efficiently. I never have to wait more than a couple of minutes after I check in. Chyana my dental hygienist is friendly and through. Dr Marsh is also very personable and efficient and professional. I highly recommend this practice.
I love the thoroughness of my hygienist and her sense of humor is comforting. Dr Marsh is quick but conscientious. I don’t need fussy and time consuming from a doctor, but I need to feel he/she has my time and health in balance at an appointment.
Dr. Marsh and staff are amazing and very caring! I’ve been very pleased with Sauer Dentistry. They are current with the latest technologies. I hate going to the dentist but they make it easier.
This was the first time I have had a bad experience with a cleaning. The Assistant was pretty rough with my mouth. I was still tasting blood after I had gotten all the way home. Dr. Sauer was great though.
