I did not have Abbey today, but a nurse doing follow-up on an injection. She was excellent: open, engaging, patient with my questions and concerns, anticipating my future care and treatment. So far, I have felt well-cared for byShow more the staff; but I do have one small concern, and it may seem petty, but, simply and bluntly, there is a smell, a trace, sometimes more than just a scent, of back-up sewer. Am I the only one noticing it? It's quite a contrast to the excellent staff who do great work.
Excellent new patients admission. Relaxed, comfortable and genuinely inquisitiv. I told my story, my nurse and Abby, listened and understanding my woes. I explained to them my dislike of opioids and thc worked almost as good. But Show moreat least I could poop. She said it was good it used thc for pain. She asked me if I wanted a red card? The organization is first rate professional. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Makes you feel welcome and comfortable. Pain sucks! These people help.
