Dr. Adam De Fazio, MD, JD is a urologic surgeon and co-founder of Modern Urology in Miami, Florida.
Dr. De Fazio completed his undergraduate degree from Columbia University in New York in 2003. He went on to receive his law degree from Georgetown University, gained admission to the New York Bar and worked as a corporate attorney. After deciding to change careers and pursue his lifelong interest in medicine, Dr. De Fazio returned to his alma mater to obtain his medical degree from Columbia University, College of Physicians and Surgeons. Dr. De Fazio completed both his general surgery training and residency in urologic surgery at the University of Minnesota.
