I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DENTAL OFFICE! I had a Very very poor experience. OBT would not honor the cleaning portion of the Groupon I was using, saying that I require a special cleaning which is not covered in the Groupon, and is puShow morere nonsense. I have had 4 normal cleanings per year for many many years and take very good care of my teeth on a daily basis. I just moved to FL and that’s why I am now looking for a new dentist! No dentist ever has told me I require a special cleaning! Nonsense! OBT Dental should have told me up front and refunded my money if they will not perform the normal cleaning. I asked them to do the normal cleaning or refund my money and they would not do either one! This seems like a real scam! Shame on OBT! Take a look at the Groupon for many many of the same negative reviews! I should have read these before I was scammed by OBT! My Fault! They also charged me an extra $20 for my x-rays. I need these X-rays so I don’t have to take another set and expose myself to additional radiation a second time AT A MORE REPUTABLE DENTIST! Let’s see if Groupon will help to get me a refund from OBT! Shame on OBT! This scam has been going on for years and they do not care! They just keep doing it!
The male dental hygienist did for my daughter is too rough, she said never experience any tech at any other places she had been rough like him, she ask don’t go with him next visit if we still here but Doctor Maldonado is very niShow morece, love her.
Adriana Maldonado, DMD, is a general and cosmetic dentist serving patients at Fortune Dental in Kissimmee, Florida.
Dr. Maldonado was born and raised in San Juan, Puerto Rico. In 2017, she earned her Doctorate in Dental Medicine (DMD) from the University of Puerto Rico, School of Dental Medicine. She continued her post-graduate studies at UTHealth School of Dentistry in Houston, Texas, where she completed the Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) residency in 2018.
Since then, Dr. Maldonado has worked in private practice and developed a strong background and expertise in comprehensive dentistry. She makes every effort to stay on top of current developments in dentistry by maintaining the highest levels of accreditation and taking advantage of ongoing education in various topics in dentistry.
Dr. Maldonado enjoys practicing yoga, cooking, and spending time with her family in her free time. Having recently moved to Orlando, she can’t wait to explore what the city has to offer.

Friendly office staff. They handled my insurance claim and explained my portion. I went in for a broken crown, temporary installed, but waiting to see how final turns out.
