Well I was very scared at the beginning but they make me feel so safe they treat me so good and explain how was going to be the process and everything and make feel that everything was going to be easy quick and safe and make me fShow moreeel that I was going to be okay after that I was talking to them and the next minute I was as already waking up like nothing happen and the rest of the day like it’ll never happen thank you And I highly recommend you guys it was a pleasure being there thank you guys
I was served well, but. The wait, was not excellent, my person that did the iv. Blew 2 , veins, hope he dosen,t make that mistake with someone else, the doc. Had to come do it, but, he should of calk then after the 1st. One blewShow more, other services went well, except. Those who not having surgery, should of gone down stairs, too much gers, etc. I am please with doc. & nurses were fine, but, just those little errors, & yes, I will recommend him to others.

My only complaint is that my appointment was at 9:00 a.m. and I didn't even get to the back until 10:30 or 10:45
Everything was professional clear and clean communication from the beginning to the end.
Everything went smooth. Doctor explained every step of the procedure which helped with my anxiety.

I feel safe and confident at the moment that I got my colonoscopy with Dr. Faroque's team. He personally talk with me and he show his best human side of his profession. Also I have to mention that he and his team detected me two pre-cancerifenius polipis and I had to return to see if everything goes ok. As the first appointment, the second one was the same. Kindness and professional treatment like the first time. Thanks very much Dr. Farouq for your help.

I was pleased with the process since it was my first time. Everything went according to what was discussed and explained.
I just want to say that I am very happy and glad that I have found a great doctor who has helped me with my illness.
What I liked is I got an appointment first time going he scheduled my test in 3 weeks and I was concerned about my test I called and got a tele health call and I talked to the doctor
The experience is not what I expected so I say thank you. I love the fact that you called me with test results
