About Aimee Bianchi, MA

June has experience working with many different types of issues such as anxiety, low self-esteem, depression, interpersonal challenges and trauma. June has a passion for helping individuals tap into their self-worth and self-love. She offers her full presence and provides a non-judgmental, safe and supportive space for clients to process emotions. She is a skilled active and attuned listener. She uses evidenced-based tools for nervous system regulation, resourcing, and mindfulness, healing through the here and now connection distress tolerance and empowerment through acknowledging strengths. June is a highly trained and experienced EMDR practitioner which offers relief from trauma. June's ultimate goal is to help individuals find the tools to remember one's wholeness and authentic self. June strives to create a therapeutic experience tailored to one's unique needs and background. Outside of work, June loves the outdoors, cooking, listening to music, and interior design.

Insurance: My fee for a standard 50-minute therapy session is $200. I require payment by credit card, cash, or check at the time of service for the expected patient portion. I am in network with many of the major insurance companies - however, I am unable to accept Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs). I am also happy to help with out-of-network billing if needed.
