Went in with an infectious lump on the spine and the doctor tells me “don’t worry about it it’s probably a bruise come back in a week”. Are they even trying?
I will not be going back. The head person wasn’t there when I went and it seem to be a heyday so I didn’t get proper treatment. The head nurse was more worried about being on her cell phone and giggling like a high school girl no joke she spent maybe a few seconds looking at my injury didn’t tell me what to do she left and never came back. Her helper wasn’t much better. They put a Band-Aid on my wound. I left and went to an Emergency They flushed and glued it back together.
This was a strange experience. I was greeted by a friendly receptionist but they lacked knowledge on the memberships and pricing. The IV wait time was quite long. And the tech did not seem to care but was generally nice. Something just seemed off. Not sure if management has something to do with it, or if it was just me. But this was my experience and I am sharing, not to deter you, but so you know if you need a higher level of care or have particular expectations, thus may not be a good fit.
The wait time is too long

The staff are very young and didn’t seem like they had much experience. The “provider” is not s doctor. They suggested I have bad allergies when I know I have an infection with high fever. Instead of appropriate medication I was offered a steroid shot and IV treatment onsite, both of which I tuned down for many reasons but one is I’m breastfeeding and the staff couldn’t confidently verify it was even safe. When I turned down the testament the provider got really defensive and rude.
I came in for a physical that we needed urgently for my daughter and have been unable to get documentation of the visit. It has been over 24 hours and the office is unable to give us any proof of the appointment. I am disappointed and confused. It is very unprofessional.
The initial check in process was very pleasant. The front desk was extremely nice and welcoming. My issue was my IV drip wasn’t dripping properly for 45 min so I spent an hour and a half with a needle in my arm and the iv was barely moving. I had to ring the bell for someone to check it and turns out the pressure wasn’t even on. Then 20 min later I was out. I don’t usually get iv drips here, I like to go to IV Bar but they were out of stock on everything so this was the next option.
NONE.
Great service. Clean Environment. Friendly Staff.
I had an IV at NeuMed. The person administering was very inexperienced - he collapsed my vein, there was blood everywhere. He also never apologized or said anything about it. Overall, it was terrible customer service.
Nice people but not sure if i was diagnosed right?
The nurse practitioner was excellent and made the required tests to diagnose the flu and prescribed the medicine. That day we were told that we didn't have to pay anything since we already met the deductible. We received a bill for more than 100 USD, they charged my insurance for a 45-59 Min encounter when the nurse only spent max 15 min examining us, they also charged for Dr. Akash Bhagat who we never saw during our visit. Very frustrated with the billing dept. Do not recommend the place.
Friendly and helpful nurse practitioner when eventually seen, but had an appointment and waited almost an hour while IV clients who arrived after me were immediately seen. Friendlier front staff who could explain what’s happening during such a long wait and share some empathy to an urgent care client would be much appreciated.
I went in to get checked for the flu. I walked in and NO ONE was waiting….great!! Thought it would be a short wait, but after about 40 min. (Remember….it was empty) I went back to the front and she looked surprised….I had been forgotten. Going back to the exam room, no apology or explanation for why I waited. The nurse practitioner that examined me was great….cannot blame her for the staff. There was a mistake in leaving with my insurance. I will not go back, incompetent staff!
I feel as though my injury wasn’t given proper attention, I came in with a raging infection; I had been on antibiotics for 4 days, with no improvement, and my provider said the only things she could do was take a culture and wait 2-3 days for results and come back in 24 hours just to monitor. My symptoms when I came in: no fever, knee swollen; with swelling to my calf and thigh, immense pressure in my knee, not able to put very much weight on it at all, throbbing pain (7 on a scale to 1-10)
Cleanliness needs help
Got there 10 minutes before appointment. No one in waiting room. Took 10-15 minutes to get called back. Assistant came in and did vitals. Waited 15-20 minutes for doctor. She came in and examined son. Then waited another 10-15 minutes for assistant to come in and get son for X-ray. Waited another 10-15 minutes for doctor to give results of X-ray.
Clinic is clean and modern. Service was quick and efficient. However, another patient's name was on my chart and I wasn't given a prescription for medication the NP told me to take--I only found out when I got to the pharmacy. NP also seemed offended when I asked further questions about my injury--my questions aren't to undermine her expertise, I'm only asking because I'm injured and nervous.
Great care, however was told to check “self pay” on the screening form but that I could pay through insurance. Hope I don’t receive a bill…
This was my third time visiting for an infusion. Both NP's who helped me the first time and this time had a hard time finding my vein. This last visit they poked me 3 times. It was painful and uncomfortable. I would suggest better training of your staff.
VERY POOR COMMUNICATION THE DID BOT TELL ME I HAD TO GILL OUT PAPERWORK BUT HEY GAVE ME SKIN TEST SHOT. CAME BACK TO HAVE READ THEN I FILLED OUT PAPERWORK B
First time visiting this urgent care. Did not feel as if provider was listening to or addressing all of my concerns. Will not be going back. Personally would not recommend

Receptionist and medical assistant were very friendly. Doctor not friendly at all.
Really like being able to get Vitamin infusions; I’ve been on the monthly plan since September. However, last time the Technician blew the vein in my hand when giving me the infusion. This time. Today the infusion took three hours. I don’t know many people who have three hours for a vitamin infusion. I was listening to a woman in another infusion suite complaining to the technician that she had taken 2 1/2 hours for her infusion today. I don’t have this kind of time for a simple infusion.
Told it would take 15-20 minutes. Sat around for an hour. If that was mentioned from the onset, I would not have had an issue with the visit. I appreciated the service otherwise. Pay for an expensive COVID test when you could go down the street to CVS and be in-and-out.
Every visit has been very smooth and great! Staff is very professional and Dr and nurses always listen to the patient.
