I was sick for about a week, I made an appointment and was able to see the nurse practitioner. She made sure the medication I received did not interact with my other medications that I am taking, in the past my cough doesn’t get bShow moreetter unless I take something with codeine. She told me that I couldn’t take codeine due to other medications. She gave me something else for my cough with one does I was able to sleep a lot better than I have been due to my coughing. I recently started seeing the doctor said this office and I am totally happy with their service, I give them five stars all the way
I feel so lucky to have Rena Kalter as my primary care provider. She is a caring, attentive and knowledgeable. I’ve been to numerous doctors of different specialities and she is by far the BEST! I’ve had so many unexplained symptoShow morems that greatly interfered with my quality of life for over a decade. Most doctors didn’t take the time to listen or dismissed my pain/symptoms. Rena was the only provider who listened and ordered right tests that led to my current diagnosis. Since my diagnosis I’ve improved so much because it’s being treated appropriately. She respects and appreciates the knowledge I have about my conditions. Rena Kalter is one in a million!

Alexa Kulick, PA-C, is a skilled physician assistant at Prima Medicine in Fairfax and South Riding, Virginia. She knew she wanted to help people from a young age. She began her quest to become a Certified Physician’s Assistant at Iona College in New Rochelle, New York, where she majored in Biology and was part of the honor program. Alexa continued her education at the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, Virginia, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Biology in 2017.
She started out her medical career in 2017 as a certified medical assistant. During this time, she worked at Bristow Pediatrics in Bristow, Virginia. There, she carefully practiced her skills at obtaining vital signs, drawing lab work, and her favorite part, caring for patients. She enjoyed her time in Bristow, but Alexa knew she wanted to help people even more. In 2019, she went back to school to obtain her Master’s of Physician Assistant Studies. While Alexa was very sweet and professional I am a bit taken back by the dirty lab coat. I understand that it was the end of the day however her lab coat appeared to have been over worn with tan/light brown ring around the collar. While the facility is antiquated again it was not clean. I would otherwise recommend if overall was cleaner

Excellent and very competent service
Alexa was awesome in helping me with my sinus infection. Explaining different things about different medication options and why one was better or not as good as the other and the various reasons why. Asking appropriate questions about my history, being a relatively new patient to their practice. It was a great experience and I feel completely comfortable in her care. Which means a lot to me as I'm very picky about my doctors.
