About Ms. Alexandria Arias, PA-C

Alexandria Arias is a board certified Physician Assistant specializing in Neurosurgery. Prior to joining INI in 2018 her experience ranged from Orthopedic Surgery to Pain Management.

A first-generation college graduate, Alexandria received her undergraduate education from UC Riverside and earned her Master of Science degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Alderson Broaddus University.

Alexandria works synergistically with Dr. AmirNovin. She greatly enjoys the aspect of first assisting in the OR; this has allowed her to learn the intricacies of surgery, enabling her to provide excellent care from initial evaluation to post-operative follow-up. She is particularly passionate about providing compassionate care to their patients.

Alexandria deeply values the importance of attaining work-life balance despite her chosen demanding specialty. Her personal life revolves around making memories with her husband and two sons. She enjoys traveling and is an avid reader, cook and fitness enthusiast.
