Alex is a Counselor in training from the Counseling and Art Therapy Program at Ursuline College. Alex has worked individually with teenagers addressing trauma, anxiety, and depression as well working in groups with children who have behavioral issues. Alex uses a holistic art therapy approach to counseling, utilizing a variety of art materials and believes in the benefits of creative expression in the healing process.
