I enjoy the ease of Telehealth counseling or in person counseling depending on my work schedule. Additionally, having recurring sessions with a provider for routine is helpful and this provider has been very accommodating. My provShow moreider is always actively listening and I always leave a session with things to think on to prepare for the next session.

About Amanda Frye

Mandy Frye is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker that has been working with individuals, teens and families for over 13 years. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Carson-Newman College in 2006 and her Masters of Science of Social Work from the University of Tennessee in 2009. Mandy specializes in working with trauma, anxiety, depression, PTSD and ADHD. She has worked with teens, women of all ages and the geriatric population in a variety of settings. Mandy believes in a holistic approach to mental health that includes identifying a person’s strengths, negative beliefs and fostering growth and healing. She strives to help individual’s recognize their coping skills, vices and beliefs about themselves in order to move toward more positive ways of coping and progressing in life. Some of the therapeutic modalities that she utilizes include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy and EMDR.

Every piece of the process happened smoothly. Everyone was calm and very professional. The office staff and the medical/psych staff were prompt, knowledgeable and discreet. The provider was friendly, professional and very clear about a plan of care.
