My only issue was I called the Monday before I was seen to see if I needed to come in to have birth control filled or if it could just be called in. After speaking with the nurse, I was sent back to the girls up front because she Show moreconfirmed I would have to come in. I was given different times as early as the same day at 4:15 or Tuesday at 10 or 11:45. I asked for the 11:45 appointment. When I arrived the next day for my 11:45 appointment that Tuesday I was informed that I wasn’t listed as having an appointment at 11:45. That the only thing she saw was my annual for 2024. After I explained that I called the day prior at 2:15 in the afternoon and was told I’d have to come in and give times for appointments, she said she would just go ahead and add me. She seemed exasperated by the fact that I wasn’t put on the schedule even though it wasn’t my fault.
I really enjoyed the atmosphere and the service that I received from the front desk. They were really patient whenever I asked questions about my insurance and scheduling. The women who worked me up were really great as well. I woShow moreuld’ve preferred to know that they would be training someone during my exam because it was my first annual so I was feeling anxious and there were moments that it was uncomfortable. I was indirectly informed about a condition that hadn’t been brought up to me from previous visits so from the start, I felt like I was in the dark. I saw Tomberlin as my NP for the first time. The breast exam felt really rushed and barely done. Most questions that I asked, I did not get answered and at one point, I asked a question and was met with slight judgment. I would not feel as comfortable coming back for another annual.

Mandy was born and raised in Ocilla, Georgia, and still resides there today. She received her Associate Degree of Nursing from Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College in 1999 and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Valdosta State University in 2010. In 2014, she graduated with her Master’s Degree from Walden University as a family nurse practitioner. She also holds a certification in Inpatient Obstetrics.
While in nursing school, Mandy worked in Labor and Delivery and fell in love with everything about it. She loved taking care of mothers and babies and decided to pursue a career in women’s health. She has established so many amazing relationships with coworkers and patients during her time with us; she loves the rapport we have with patients and the one-on-one care she’s able to give them.

I came in for a regular visit and to have my iud removed. Everyone on my first initial part of the visit was great but Mandy tomberlin walked in the room unwelcoming and first thing she said where are your running to go get pregnant again and shut down all of my concerns and with the pain I had and said oh well it’s just your gallbladder with no futher review. She obviously seemed unhappy with everything I was saying and was condescending but would say “I mean I don’t mind doing it” ever since I came to this establishment young and pregnant there’s been a attitude problem and not listen to issues or making the pt seem like they are not valid. I will be find a new gynecologist this is just not the place for me.
Nurse Tomberlin is wonderful. She treated me with compassion and listened to my concerns. She did a thorough well check and met my needs in terms of my annual exam.
Awesome customer service skills! She answered everyone of my concerns as this was my first visit. Look for forward to seeing her at future appointments.

My first visit was a great experience. Ms. Tomberlin is a good listener, friendly, and will always put forth her best to help you. I have been with her ever since and look forward to my visits and learning more about my health as I get older.
Was seen in a pretty reasonable time and everyone was very nice and friendly. My visit went very smoothly and Mandy addressed any issues I was having and answered all my questions.
