It was exceptional! I was called to Dr. Amy Simpson’s office within five minutes of my appointed time. Her nurse took my vitals and took notes about my concerns. Within five minutes, Dr. Simpson arrived. I explained tShow moreo her about my recent issues, and she did an exam. Since Dr. Simpson has been my doctor for 20 years, she recognized an issue that I had 12 years ago and was able to recommend a surgeon who helped me in the past. She immediately set up an appointment with the surgeon from her office. I was relieved that Dr. Simpson handled this new problem so quickly. I trust her completely for all of my medical concerns.
The front desk, the lady with curly dark hair on the far left side next to rest rooms was so nice to help me all she could because I just walked in and said I needed to see Dr. Simpson. Dr Simpson and I have a long relationship based on mutual trust and respect. She reviewed my lab results, discussed upcoming vaccinations, and celebrated the end of medication for breast cancer. BTW, Dr Simpson was mentoring a new internal medicine doc from UT Med NE.
