When I think of counseling as an LMHC, I like to think of it as a road. A road that which neither counselor nor client can predict the future of, but will work together to move in a positive direction. I like to think of each and every client I see as an individual. A unique human being in their own way, through which I take the time to learn about. While placing emphasis on ones culture, religion, gender, personality and other facets, I work to establish a counseling relationship, based on trust and confidentiality. Using a variety of techniques and multiple theoretical approaches I believe we will have a successful counseling relationship.
