The customer service was good. I didn't have to wait that long. Even though I was 15 minutes late because we were lost couldn't find were the doctor office was which made me super anxious. which made me have full on anxiety. But IShow more am glad they understand and still kept my kept my appointment that day. Thank you for your help I really appreciate it. The staff was nice and I didn't feel uncomfortable. I am a new patient here and I didn't have a bad experience. I hope you have a good day. thank you

Annie was not only affirming and welcoming, but knowledgeable of quite a few of the slew of my rare chronic illnesses. Annie was respectful of my gender identity, pronouns, and preferred name. Annie never once judged me or sounded critical of my healthcare decisions, in fact I felt an energy of affirming excitement and solidarity from Annie.
