Easy to talk to. Very thorough with skin screening and addressed all areas of concern. Areas that I thought were nothing, were the beginning of something to be concerned about. I will return next year for more screening.
Arianny Perrino, MSN, FNP-C is a certified family nurse practitioner who sees patients at Thomas Dermatology's Henderson, Nevada office location. She is extremely passionate about helping patients achieve healthy skin, and providing a comprehensive and educational approach to skincare.
She was born and raised in Venezuela where she started a career in Medicine. She moved to the US in 2010 and has lived in Las Vegas since 2017. She received her master's degree at Touro University of
Nevada (2021) and her bachelor's in nursing at Wichita State University (2014). Before becoming a family nurse practitioner she was a medical Spanish interpreter for 2 years and an emergency room nurse for 7 years.
Outside of work, she values the time she gets to spend with her family since they were apart for 11 years when she first left Venezuela. She married her high school sweetheart last year and they have 3 cats and 2 dogs. They love spending time together traveling, dining out, and enjoying outdoor activities.

Wait time was longer than anticipated for my new patient exam and establishing care but other than that, very efficient new patient intake, clean and modern facility. FNP was very professional with high communication and handling.

Arianny Perrino is an excellent Dermatologist. She corrected my horrible skin problem in record time and while doing so she explained every detail required to cure my skin problem. I am indebted to her.
I am very satisfied overall with the service I have received from Thomas Dermatology since I became a patient over 10 years ago. My diagnosis was quick and the procedure itself was done very well. However, the after care was a bit lacking. To be fair, the wound is in a very awkward position, on the outside of my elbow. And with the slightest movement, I think the stitches came out. However, I was seen on a Saturday, two days later and the redressing and the use of steri strips was satisfactory. Of course, it will take it longer to heal now because it became an open wound. Picture provided. In the future, emphasis on limited use of arm would be appreciated. At this point, I am overall satisfied with the procedure and follow up. Thank you
Clean Building. Polite staff. Prompt service. Staff Listened to my Issues and Concerns. Some confusion with Pharmacies and how medication was best supplied. Overall I was taken care of and am on the mend.
