I have very mixed feelings about this office. POSITIVES: PA, Ashley Dryer is fabulous! Both our teenage and 9 year old really like her! I was very happy with how quickly they got my daughter and appointment when she was having sShow morehoulder trouble. NEGATIVE: Ashley recommended teenager see the sport medicine doctor that comes to their office 1 time per week. It has now been 2 weeks and 3 phone calls from me later and STILL no one can help me schedule the appointment or bothered to call me back.
My children pediatrician is Dr Shivani who indeed we haven’t seen in a while (always someone else instead of her). Mostly seen by Ashley who is nice and have no complains about. But not sure is the admin team or what but yesterdaShow morey took my daughter there and some labs have to be done and took her today to the lab and none order have been received (she was late for school, I was late for work). Sadly , similar issues have happened before.

Ashley is an amazing pediatrician! My son just loves her. I highly recommend her!!!
The only reason I gave this 4 stars is because I was 4 min late for my daughter's appointment time. She was already there (she is 17) and the lady at front desk gave her a hard time because I was 4 min late. Ashely is simply THE BEST. Makes young teenage girls feel super comfortable. She listens to all needs and addresses issues with ease and expertise.

Visit was good.
Ashley was kind and patient focused. I brought my son for his well visit. She engaged with my 5 year old like he was the patient (this wasn't a visit focused on me the parent) and it was so refreshing.
Dr. Dryer was amazing. Daughter felt very comfortable with her, despite protesting her impending vaccinations ?. Whole staff handled everything with professional demeanor and were very cordial.

I have seen some new faces in the office some the location changed, and in my opinion it is a much more friendly staff! I feel like I am being listened to as a parent and am allowed to play a role in the decisions regarding the health and wellness of my daughter. The reminder system in place for upcoming appointments is on point! Thanks for all you guys do for the kids and their families!
