About Ashley Harrington, PA-C

Ashley Harrington PA-C, is a Board-Certified Physician Assistant who joined Nevada Orthopedic & Spine Center in August 2023. She specializes in general orthopedics and trauma. She has experience with surgical assisting, fracture care, and joint injections.

Ashley earned a double Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies and Medical Health Sciences at Touro University Nevada in 2019. Prior to this she studied Nutrition Science where she received her Bachelors of Science Degree at California State Polytechnic University in 2012. Ashley worked as a physical therapy aide prior to schooling. It was during that time where she discovered her love for orthopedics. Ashley worked in orthopedic trauma and joint replacements in and around the Las Vegas Valley.

P.A. Ashley is originally from Southern California. Together with her husband they’ve made Southern Nevada their new home. Much of Ashley’s time outside of work is consumed by her perfect Australian Shepard, Ellie. She also enjoys spin class, yoga and spending time with her husband & family.
