I have learned through my personal and professional experiences with mental health that it can be difficult to navigate alone. I believe in developing a collaborative environment where hope thrives, and a person can work in partnership toward healing.
I am committed to promoting resiliency, emotional processing, and trauma-informed treatment to support children and adults. I work from individualized, evidence-based approaches that integrate holistic and trauma-informed practice to support each client’s unique journey and personal growth.
I have over 14 years of experience in behavioral and mental health, working within community behavioral health settings and nonprofit clinical care. I obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Sociology from Widener University and am currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of the Southwest in preparation for licensure as a professional counselor.
