This Doctor is the first Doctor in years that has listened to me and allowed me to have input on my care. Not only is my pinched nerve better to the point I am no longer using a cane, my fibromyalgia pain is very under control eveShow moren with me being under extreme stress which is usually a trigger. He has an amazing bedside manner. The office staff is super nice, and the offices were very clean. They are taking COVID very seriously and ensuring that each patient not only feels taken care of, but also knows that when they are in the office, they are not being subjected to a possible COVID infection because of all the precautions being taken.
Dr Maheshwari thru teleconference due to the pandemic has made the experience great under the circumstances. He is concern for my well being and we are discussing alternative measures to help me with the pain. I am so glad I was rShow moreeferred to him , it is so important you pick the right pain management doctor! There are some that are out there who do. It have the patients best interest. Ashley Langell, MD, MS is a pain medicine doctor at Republic Spine and Pain specializing in diagnostics, injections, medication management, and advanced pain interventions. Dr. Langell is passionate about the role of pain management in improving quality of life and helping patients to engage in activities they value. She takes the time to listen to each patient’s unique experience and develop a plan for diagnosis and treatment customized to individual needs and preferences. She strongly believes in empowering patients to be active participants in their own healthcare and in multidisciplinary collaboration with other providers on the patient’s care team. Originally hailing from California, Dr. Langell completed medical school and residency training in anesthesiology at the University of Utah School of Medicine and pain medicine fellowship at the Cleveland Clinic. In addition to her clinical responsibilities, Dr. Langell has an interest in medical device design and development, which prompted her to obtain a masters degree in biomedical engineering with an emphasis on innovation. She has won numerous awards for her contributions toward developing various medical devices including ablative therapies and devices aimed at improving access to treatment in underdeveloped nations. She is a member of numerous professional organizations, including the Interventional Pain and Spine Intervention Society and the American Society of Pain and Neuroscience and has extensive research experience in pain management, anesthesiology, and engineering. Outside of work, Dr. Langell enjoys being outdoors and spending time with her husband and sons.

The doctor has helped me out with my pain level and recommended a stimulator to be installed in my back side which they are doing on July 6, 2020 to help with future pain

On the actual treatment side, Dr. Maheshwari and the staff are fantastic. Only good things to say about them. The reason I could give 5 stars due to the billing & payment side. I am disappointed that since some hapless individual, not my doctor got to say my injection today would not be covered under my BCBS policy and I paid more than double by self-pay. I had a wonderful experience. I felt heard and there was really great feedback. I didn’t feel so alone on my journey with pain. Also, he guided me through a team of doctors to address my issues- with referrals and suggestions. (Sometimes) managing pain can feel very overwhelming and I feel like I have back up now. Also, it can be hard to advocate for yourself when you’re not feeling well. He is very patient and kind and I appreciate this. Thank you

First time to ever go to a pain clinic. I was very pleased with my experience. Dr. Maheshwari is a very caring doctor. He had gone over my records and my MRI and shared his thoughts for helping me. He carefully listened to all of my concerns.
