Asmi Sanghvi, MD, is a board-certified medical and cosmetic dermatologist and a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology (FAAD). She has advanced training in integrative medicine, which she applies in her practice. Dr. Sanghvi offers high-quality skin care to adolescents and adults at Advanced Laser and Skin Cancer Center in Teaneck, New Jersey.
Dr. Sanghvi received her undergraduate degree at Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois. She went on to earn her medical degree from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Bradenton, Florida. Dr. Sanghvi then completed extensive training in her dermatology residency at Orlando Dermatology in Maitland, Florida.
Currently, Dr. Sanghvi is a Clinical Instructor at the Mount Sinai School of Medicine in the Department of Cosmetic Surgery. Her work has been published in several top peer-reviewed journals and textbooks.
Dr. Sanghvi offers comprehensive skin checks for suspicious moles, treatments for signs of aging, and beauty optimization. Her specialty is using botox, injectables, and lasers to subtly enhance her patient's skin, creating natural, healthy, and youthful faces. She regularly works with men and women to develop custom care plans that treat eczema, rosacea, hair loss, acne, and age-related concerns.
A firm believer in holistic approaches and the mind-body connection, Dr. Sanghvi is Reiki certified and an avid meditator.
