All well other than my wait time to be seen. I’ve been a patient for a very long time & have never had to wait (2) hours to be seen. I called to make an appointment that morning & it was at 10:15am. I arrived at that time & was tShow moreold to call when I arrived & they would check me in. I was triaged in my vehicle after an hour but was not called in until another hour later. I expressed my concern to the person I saw & said they took walk ins as well. I’ve been a walk in before & very grateful they have worked me in, but I feel they should adhere to those with appointments & call them in at their specific appointment time. When I’ve been a walk-in in the past, my wait was very long because I was told they were taking those with appointments first as they arrived. This was not true on my visit yesterday. I wasn’t feeling well & was very disappointed.
The whole staff is amazing, from the Doctor's, PA's, even the students & the staff are always kind, respectful & helpful. They go over & above to satisfy the patient's. The service is also fast & remarkable. I am very happy with tShow morehe service & I always refer my family and friends. The service is superior & the doctor also make sure that all my needs are covered (medicines, vaccines, & another illnesses that come along. On a scale of 1-10 yall get a 20. I also want to thank everyone one that works at San Antonio Premier Internal Medicine.

I actually got to see the doctor which was really cool but so rushed. I forget to ask about a ring restroom chair and/or a wheelchair, but at least we spoke about my hip, hurting.
Dr. Shneker is my go to provider. Dr Shneker is very knowledgeable, caring and compassionate, most of all he listens. Dr Shneker has a wonderful staff and Crystal and Gabby are the best. Thank you for the caring service provided.
Excellent service
I had a great visit. Everyone was polite and professional. There was not a long wait to see the provider. The office was clean. Thing were explained in a way that I could understand them.

I like if I don’t have an appointment I can just walk in and get seen and on the weekends to. everybody is kind and pleasant I also like to see the same Dr. Shneker and Dr.Homle’s I have send family and friends there.I’m happy with my doctors.
Staff very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. All Physicians and nursing staff treat you like you are a part of their family and not just another patient.
