Dr Behnam Khaleghi took the time to listen to my problems. He understood the importance of my needs he explained in full detail on how to treat the problem at hand. It’s crazy but after being in pain for more than 3 weeks my pain Show moresubsided 50% by the time i left his office. In my opinion his is a Diamond in the Rough it is truly difficult to find a good Doctor these days not too many left out there with knowledge and experience. Dr Khaleghi . And his staff are so wonderful and understanding. Whenever I have had a problem they are right there to help me fix it. Sometimes insurance likes to be a bit difficult and they have always helped me get it straightenShow moreed out. Dr. Khaleghi earned his medical degree at Shahid Beheshti University in Tehran, one of the most prestigious academic institutions in Iran. He went on to complete his internship and residency in internal medicine at St. Barnabas Hospital in the Bronx, New York. Then, he performed a rheumatology fellowship at Cooper University Hospital in Camden, New Jersey.
In addition to English, Dr. Khaleghi is fluent in Farsi. His special interests are adult rheumatic diseases, including arthritis, lupus, and osteoporosis. He’s invested in continuous learning and moving medicine forward.

Great , doctors very helpful,and nice
I’ve been diagnosed with Lupus, rheumatoid arthritis and fibromyalgia. He told me that he doesn’t believe the past doctors/bloodwork of the previous five years. He told me that all the test are false positives. He didn’t order any tests himself. He claims he treats the patient not the blood work. He told me to stop all of my medication’s because in his opinion, I don’t have lupus or rheumatoid arthritis. In his words… I don’t have lupus because I don’t have a failed kidney and I don’t have rheumatoid arthritis because my hands are not deformed. He offered no help besides suggesting that I get on an antidepressant. I called the office to request his report to be sent to me. His notes/report are completely false. He claimed that I denied certain symptoms, which is a flat out lie. I’ve never felt so humiliated and dismissed. Even if I just had fibromyalgia… He did not suggest anything to help me besides an antidepressant. Doctors like this should not be in practice. Unbelievable.

Dr Khaleghi has my best interests in mind. He will help and compromise with your treatments for your comfort but still provide excellent service and good treatments to help you get better. He listens and you don’t feel ignored.
