Bobbi Park, ARNP was very professional, knowledgeable, and explained things well. I would give 4 or 5 stars. It was mainly issues with the staff. I had to fill out the first time patient forms multiple times. First I used the proShow morevided online portal to fill out the forms. Then was told the online forms weren't up to date and I needed to fill out others provided via email. Filled those out and sent them along. Apparently not all were received and was asked to fill out again and provided it via email. Then in person, I was asked to fill out and sign one of the forms for the third time. And was asked for information that was provided on the forms by the front desk and then again by the attendant that took me to the exam room. Upon leaving I stopped by the front desk and asked if I needed to pay a co-pay, since they didn't request it when I arrived. They seemed confused about whether I needed to pay a co-pay, and asked if I'd like to, as if I had a choice. I replied that of course, I'd prefer not to pay, but assumed I owed a co-pay. She tersely said that she didn't know the specifics of my insurance (I provided my insurance card when I came in). I responded that I didn't either, as it was new. It was an odd experience and rather unprofessional. I would assume the place in which I have an appointment knows what they need from their visiting patients, especially after we provide them with all of the requested information multiple times and in multiple forms. Not a huge deal in the scheme of things, but something to be aware of and hopefully something they will improve upon.
Had my First appointment At DDSQC and everyone was very kind and welcoming. Bobbi Park ARNP is very thorough, Listening to all my concerns and answered each question I asked with sincerity and care. Even when I was finished with mShow morey appointment she told me to call if I thought of any other questions or concerns. She took my concerns very seriously and had me scheduled for a procedure as soon as they were able . Immediately the week after my initial appointment. All the staff I had contact with were positive and very helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend DDSQC to anyone who needed a G.I. Specialist. Great experience and they have a great Team! A Quad Cities area native, Bobbi earned her associate’s in nursing at Black Hawk College in Moline. She continued her studies at Indiana Wesleyan University in Marion, eventually obtaining her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. For her master’s degree, Bobbi attended the Chamberlain College of Nursing.

Bobbi made me feel comfortable and quickly gained my trust when explaining the procedure and the doctors. She also empathized with my anxieties over anesthesia and gave me assurance. I felt so cared for.

I really appreciate my appointments with Bobbi Parks. She takes time, listens intently and answers questions with ease, making the atmosphere calming, because her hand is not on the door knob waiting to exit. Gastro issues are very personal and embarrassing at times, but I never feel uncomfortable to bring anything up.
As soon as I entered the building I was met by a warm welcome and asked can I help you , and that they did with kindness and compassion,patiencely repeating questions that I didn’t understand because of my lack of hearing.
