Everyone who handled my care during this past visit was very kind and attentive to me. Mrs. Bonnie's assistant did my Pap, and explained what she was doing during the entire process. The ultrasound tech was willing to answer my quShow moreestions and made the experience tolerable. My only request is that the patient rooms where exams are done be heated. The room where my vaginal ultrasound was done was warm and then the room where I had to get completely naked for the Pap and breast exam was freezing. It must have been 65 degrees; I felt as if I had stepped into a freezer. Waiting for a while, while being naked, and then having to have something like that done in a very cold room is not pleasant. I enjoyed Mrs. Bonnie and the ladies that handled my care, but please be mindful of temperature and the services being done.
There is not enough words in the dictionary that can describe how amazing Mrs. Bonnie is. From my first visit she has been helpful and caring. From start to finish she has gone over and beyond to help with my surgery, checking up Show moreon me just an angle in the flesh. She has truly been a blessing to my life and I’m so grateful of meeting her. She deserve her flowers, 20 stars and more.
Bonnie Simpson, W.H.N.P., is a dedicated women’s health nurse practitioner serving patients in Tifton, Georgia, at The Howard Center.
Bonnie was born and raised in Ocilla, Georgia. She received her LPN at East Central Tech and her Associate of Science degree in Nursing from South Georgia College. She worked for 12 years in Labor and Delivery before returning to school to earn her Master’s Degree in Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner at Emory University in Atlanta.
Even as a young girl, Bonnie’s passion for helping others made her know she wanted to become a nurse. During her time at Emory, she loved learning about how treatments like hormone therapy can truly impact women’s lives. As a provider, she loves the opportunity to connect and bond with patients and help them through all stages of life. Bonnie is one of The Howard Center’s most established providers, being with the practice for over 20 years.

This was my first visit at the Howard Center in Tifton and I was amazed. All of the staff were very courteous and in tune to my needs. I am so glad that I chose to go there.
