After rescheduling for her. She then pushed out appointment by 15 mins then never showed up. After multiple messages and email and didn't get a reply until after hours. Then was gaslight to make it my fault. Then the next day sheShow more said she would fit me in and I wait for 1 and a half again and she never showed up or messaged. My meds are all out and i needed this appointment. Then I had three anxiety attacks with no meds because of her.
I have extremely high standards when it comes to my mental health care and I read every review I could find and still scheduled my 1st appointment, everything from the call for my appointment up to my first appointment Mrs. BrandyShow more greeted me amazing, You can reach her for anything needed, Pharmacy, Changing Appointments if something comes up. She’s an amazing listener but she also sets goals that are attainable and that you’re ok with. Mrs. Eichelberger I’m with until she’s done practicing!!

Brandy is by far the most honest, direct and thoughtful practitioner out there. As the 5th psychiatric provider I have worked with in the last 7 years, she has been the most responsive when I have reached out with concerns. She is the most flexible and understanding when schedules get confused. She has an incredible team and partner pharmacy that never disappoints and always pull through. Thank you, Brandy!!!

I’ve been searching around the Belleville area for a mental health provider for over a year. I can honestly say that Brandy provides optimal care for her clients, creating a non- judgmental environment which I feel is most important. Being a black male seeking mental help isn't always easy because we were born not to complain and seek help when needed. I’m so happy I reached out! Thanks Brandy.

I have been seeing Brandy for about 7 years and she is simply the best. She listens, she brainstorms, she isn't afraid to admit if a medication isn't working. I cannot recommend her enough and I hope she stays in practice until she's 100 years old
The staff is welcoming and professional; the location is easy to get to in an area that is not congested and the space is inviting. I felt better after going there.
