Galina Serdtsev and her assistant Melissa were awesome! They both made me feel so very welcome and helped me tremendously with my issue. The wealth of information given was so very helpful. Galina took her time and the visit was nShow moreever rushed. She answered every question I had in detail. Melissa was very personable and followed up with everything I was supposed to do post visit. The front desk ladies were also extremely friendly. I am so very fortunate that my doctor referred me to Thomas Dermatology. I was extremely anxious prior to the visit and these wonderful ladies made me feel so very comfortable. As picky a person that I am, I would definitely recommend this dermatologist to anyone!
Bree checked the spot/sore on the r-side of my neck. Thought it looked suspicious, took a biopsy & stated she would call me within 2 weeks to provide results. She was very gentle to ensure I was ok…which I was…& was very professioShow morenal. Also she has a very nice personality and conversed well with me. The appointment went very well for me. Also, to the young lady who schedules appts…I owe her a big Thank You for getting me in so quickly after I called & indicated the spot was getting very sensitive to touch and I was getting more concerned about it. Bree Simon, PA-C, is a physician’s assistant at Thomas Dermatology in Henderson, Nevada. Bree provides skin cancer surveillance and surgical dermatology. She also enjoys general and pediatric dermatology.
After receiving her bachelor’s degree in exercise science from Brigham Young University, she went on to pursue her master’s degree in medical science from Midwestern University. While achieving her degree, she participated in a surgical rotation with Mayo Clinic in Arizona, as well as two other surgical rotations. She also worked as a surgical assistant for multiple complex skin surgeries and reconstructions and was trained in facial aesthetic closures.
Bree completed a mentorship with Douglas Thomas, MD, FAAD, and Robert Lieberman, MD, FAAD, at Thomas Dermatology, gaining further experience in general, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology. She boasts vast experience working in medical skin care with training in aesthetic dermatology, giving her a well-rounded approach in assisting her patients.
Well-accomplished in her field, she holds licensure from the Nevada State Board of Medical Examiners and certification from the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. She also serves as a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants.

Check in & paperwork was quick. I was seen in under 15 minutes. The assistant who looked at my rash was efficient, friendly and knowledgeable of what was needed. Great work and clean facility!
All spots on face and top of head are gone like I asked .
I not sure about my visit. Brie looked at several spots on my face and back and determined nothing was of concern, but wants to see me back in 6 months. Why???
