I appreciate Dr Cohen’s conservative approach to patient care. I came in with a serious toe injury and thought toenail removal was likely. After Dr Cohen carefully examined the trauma, she recommended that further action would depShow moreend on any weeping of the wound, which thankfully was not evident. I left with my digit and toenail antiseptically bandaged and covered with a nice toe sock. Note that this was an unplanned, quickly scheduled visit. The good doctor made time in her busy schedule to physically examine my injury. That’s a rare but much appreciated, “old fashioned” approach to patient care.

Brenda Cohen, DPM, is an experienced podiatrist and co-founder of Precision Podiatry, with three locations, in Round Rock, Cedar Park, and the River Place neighborhoods of Austin, Texas.
Dr. Cohen received her undergraduate degree from Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana. She then earned her doctorate at California College of Podiatric Medicine in Oakland. While participating in the diabetic limb salvage fellowship at Western Pennsylvania Hospital in Pittsburgh, she trained with renowned diabetic specialists from around the country.
As an active competitive runner who has completed more than a dozen marathons in addition to several trail ultramarathons, Dr. Cohen is well aware of the importance of maintaining good podiatric health. As an experienced practitioner working with athletes and other active individuals, Dr. Cohen understands their lifestyles and their desire to maintain physical activity without limits. Smart, straight to the point. I had plantar F I'm the left foot for about a year or longer. It was a severe case. Dr. Cohen had to get serious and pull out the tricks. She has my foot healing in the direction we want. If I can keep from damaging it I should be healed with in a week or 2. I would definitely recommend any friends or family to Dr. Cohen

I was able to get an appointment in less than 2 weeks and Dr. Cohen and all the staff were friendly and kind.
Dr Brenda is very professional yet warm and friendly. She took care of my needs quickly and completely. I explained that I would like to continue to see her at the Round Rock office (can't take the smelly things in the Cedar Park office) and she understood and said she'd bring it to the attention of the local staff there, which I appreciated. I highly recommend both her and her husband and their care.
