As a nervous mother taking my autistic son to the doctors to see what is going on with his brain. I must say my nerves were as cool as a cucumber. The office staff is so polite and so calm and listened to my concerns. The girls iShow moren the office and the tech guy who did the study on my son were incredible. They were patient and so nice and addressed every concern I had. Sitting with Dr. Wu was amazing. She addressed everything and more. She did not rush us out the door and was very thorough.
i am very happy with the help i get with Dr. Wu. i find that she listens well to my problems and is brave enough to try new stuff. she stays very involved with her patients, so i have no problem if i have to wait, because i am glaShow mored she is taking the time for others that she would also take for me. This does not always happen, just sometimes. :) also, the other staff members are very patient when i am trying to explain something and not making sense. i appreciate that.

Dr Wu took time to explain my disorder. Also the technicians are great!
Very informative. She knew our daughter and her behaviors by looking at her EEG. Then she met her and was spot on with her assemssent.
Quiet space with kind staff. Was at ease from beginning to end. Highly reccomend.
Dr. Wu professionally is very good. However, my overall experience with her is not good; and particularly with her office staff is very poor. It is impossible to hear back from her office in a timely manner using any media: phone, email, text message, email, fax, etc. They don't even respond even to urgent matters in a timely manners. They take forever to send medical records to other doctors; even their authorization form says it would take 30 days but they don't adhere to even it.

I am very happy with my telemed appointments with Dr Brenda Wu. I try to always write down all the questions before my appointment, so that i don't forget or blank out. What i appreciate about her is, after we have discussed her concerns, and my concerns, she will ask me if there is anything else. So i can check my note in case i missed something... she is professional and she cares.
The staff is very nice and helpful. Dr Wu takes the time to make sure the patient understands what she is saying before you leave the office.

As always, Dr. Wu has quickly diagnosed my husband’s issues with testing in the office, and given us a program to follow. She always brings his full history into each diagnosis, which is wonderful, as it is so extensive. She is so very dedicated and her research is always current. My husband always benefits from her vast knowledge. We are so fortunate to have found Dr. Wu since 2009, and wish we would have found her earlier, as other neurologists could not help my husband.

Dr. Wu and the staff are the best! words can not describe how professional they are. They are understanding, patient, and very thorough when getting to the bottom of a problem for their patients. I would recommend Dr. Wu and her staff to anyone who is suffering from a cognitive issue.
The doctor and the staff are beyond excellent! My only suggestion to you that would make the perfect improvement is not too allow family members in the back when you’re trying to do a three hour study, because family members do not respect the peace of other patients when they’re on their phones and talking And disrupting when you’re trying to relax.
