My First 2 Visits With Dr. Maxfield Were Very Positive. This Visit on 3/30/22 I Was Both Shocked And emotionally Hurt Inside. I Told Dr Maxfield That I Was Being Forced By Social Security Administration For Early Retirement, WitShow moreh The possibility Of Not Receiving Any Of My Medical Benefit Coverage I Had With Medicaid When I Turn 62 This April 8 Of 2022. I Asked The Doctor For A Letter Stating I Could No Longer Work. Now Here's Where I'm Confused I Have Been Under Your Care For At Least 5 Plus Years, Being Treated For Lyme Inflammatory Arthritis Disease . I Have Had Many Injections To My Neck , My Upper Back, And Lower Lumbar On My Rear End. I Have Been Taking ( I Needed It ) Pain Killers To Help The Pain And It Does. What I Don't Understand Is Why A Letter Couldn't Been Written Just Stating That Mr Rossi Is Still Under Are Care For a Very Horrible & Painful Disease That Has Crippled My Neck, Upper & Lower Back With Arthritis, The doctor Has My Records I Have 10 MRI's That Clearly State Arthritis From My Neck To Butt, I Have Had 4 Doctors With You DR Patel, Dr Ruder, DR Donald, Now DR Maxfield . If You can't Help Me With A Letter Indicating I Still Am Being treated For Very Horrible & Painful Disease, That The MRI's Show Degenerative Bones , In Short They Show I Can't Do Very Much Like Sitting & Bending Over, And Can't Pick Up Any Heavy items, This Is All Documented By Your Company. Comparing my 3 plus years expierience with my previous pain doctor.....it was , WOW , IM IMPRESSED FROM THE VERY FIRST PERSON ! Then this young MA actually listened and help explain things to this man who is 6 years into a Show moremild TBI........she offered patience to me which I'd quickly noticed and she would actually turn and look at me when she spoke or listened . She is African American and you should give her praise and a given paid day off . Tho Dr. Maxfield was upset by how much opioids I was on and refused to treat me I once again was pleased.......I don't think this doctor lied to me concerning every thing he'd stated . My workmans comp case manager , Margaret Hall , had told me she had to get me away from my then doctor , dr. Shahbandar , I assumed it due to his lying to me as she had stated.....Don , he lies to you to keep you calm . So when I met with your team workmans comp knew I was trying to walk away from them even cancelling my WC appointment for same time I met with dr. Maxfiield . I don't know this doctor but I trusted him and what he'd explained......something I've never expierienced with my previous doctor . Wish he'd accepted me but I wish you all well and THANK YOU
