About Caitlin Fletcher, LMT

Born and raised here in beautiful Alaska, our Licensed Massage Therapist and Licensed Esthetician, Cat Fletcher, has a passion for whole-body health and wellness. Cat believes that every body deserves to feel its best.

Cat graduated from Denver Integrated Massage School in 2018 where she focused on Thai Yoga Massage, as well as traditional massage. Cat also studied Swedish styles, deep tissue, myofascial release, joint mobility, and hot stone therapies while attending school. Since then, Cat has taken many continuing education classes in advanced cupping, neck, shoulder, knee, PSOAS release, and TMJ release. Cat also graduated from Aesthetician school in 2022 where she focused on treating dehydrated, maturing, and scarred skin. 

Cat believes in blending multiple modalities into each massage session to provide the best possible results for everyone. Her sessions often include deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, active and passive stretching, cupping, heat therapies, and Swedish techniques. In her facial and chemical peel services, she focuses on addressing the skin using SkinCeuticals products, focusing on each individual’s personal skin goals, and creating custom skincare at-home regimens to generate the best possible results from each treatment.

In her free time, Cat can be found outside with her Goldendoodle, Juniper; or in the mountains skiing in the wintertime. She also travels the world and enjoys finding the best foods around the globe. Take care of your body and it will reward you.
