About Charles Onizuka, DPT

Charles Onizuka, PT, DPT, is an experienced physical therapist providing expert care to patients at Coastal Ortho in El Segundo and Torrance, California.

He grew up in Torrance and earned his bachelor’s degree in knesiology at California State University in Long Beach, California. After graduating, Charles received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Chapman University in Orange, California, where he gained experience in outpatient orthopedics, pediatrics, and acute care.

Charles employs a functional approach in assessment and treatment of his patients. He strives to match what exercises will help patients reach their goals of rehabilitation.

Charles played many sports growing up with an affinity for baseball as he played competitively in high school. He loves all outdoor activities such as hiking and kayaking and enjoys traveling to various places to explore. 

Charles is currently accepting both new and existing patients in his office at Coastal Ortho. He looks forward to providing you with the best care possible.
