I have to admit, it takes me a very long time to find a doctor that I like and trust. And I do NOT like change. Dr. Ho has been my doctor for several years and I absolutely love him and the staff. I was scheduled with Chelsea foShow morer a follow up and didn’t realize until I arrived at the office. I was very reluctant to see her, and my anxiety started to spike. In the very short time it took her to come in the room, I was a hot mess! By the end of the visit, I was completely relaxed and comfortable, was given a pain management plan, and had all of my questions answered. I walked out feeling hope and relief. I have been scheduled with her two more times, and each visit has been the same. She will not leave the room until all of my questions are answered, a pain management plan is in place, and I am feeling 100% confident and comfortable. I am very happy and satisfied with Chelsea and look forward to seeing her in the future. Another excellent choice by CPC!!
Chelsea Dalton took her time with meand she listened to what I had to say about my pain and I asked her about Voltaren Gel and if it is something that I can use on my knees, R hip and R low back for arthritis pain and joints becauShow morese of dammage and older age and the surgeries I had that somehow went awrysome how. I'm very happy with the care I get from these ladies NP they are easy to talk to and tell them about how I'm doing and they really listen and I can ask questions with feedback from them to help me the best they can!! I'm a mess and they know I'm in alot of pain everyday of my life!!!! I'm so very grateful and happy for their kindness and support and care!!!!! So I wanted to say a BIG THANK YOU Chelsea Dalton and Julie Stein and Dr Puranik for that great hip injection!!!!! Thank you all so very much for your wonderful care!!! Love you guys dearly!!!

Chelsea is great. She explains what is going on and recommends treatment and works with you. I had a problem with a medication being out of stock. Within hours Chelsea was able to prescribe a medication that was in stock. I won’t go to anyone else.

Chelsie was very warm, informative supportive and professional I prefer to be seen by her exclusively, but it seems they want to shuffle us around to different staff, which I think is counter productive I feel if a NP stays with certain patients, they would be more informed on their care, but the clinic have their reasons I guess
Chelsea is always professional and thorough at all my visits. Asking questions about my knee pain and anything else even if it's not related to why I was there today. She asked about my A1C even made suggestions on how to lower it. Great visit!!
The service that I received was excellent. Chelsea Dalton, NP discussed my pain and recommended x-rays and other treatment options for my pain. I appreciate that she listened to my concerns and gave me options. Great work!!
