Well, I know why others before me have said great things about Dr. Womack. She is personable and is a wealth of knowledge about kidneys. I learned so much ...which is exactly what I had hoped. She encouraged me that there are so mShow moreany ways to look at the kidneys. I am so thankful I found her to help me examine my kidney health and to advise me medically regarding how to maintain the best kidneys from here on out. I would assume she is truly one if the best in Nashville. The front office was also AMAZING to help my very difficult scheduling needs. Thank you all.
If I could give 10 stars I would, I can’t say enough awesome words to describe the care, and the compassion that Dr. Womack has for her patients. She knows each one individually as well as the family, even if it’s been over three Show moreyears since you were there, she remembers. Her kindness and empathy are beyond compare. And Stephanie is the absolute best, so kind and caring, helping in any way she can, she definitely compliments the office with her personality. In todays world is hard to find the kindness that genuine, you’ll get it here.
Dr. Clara Womack is board certified in Internal Med, Nephrology & Hypertension serving patients at Southern Kidney Specialists, at their location in Nashville, TN. She completed her med school at University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis, TN. She then continued on to complete her residency as well in University of Tennessee Affiliated Hospitals.
She received her Nephrology & Hypertension training at University of Kentucky and then relocated back to the Nashville area, where she has been practicing for the past 25 years.

Very professional. Everything was good.
It was awesome. Dr. Womack made me comfortable and thoroughly explained everything. She made me feel as if I were her only patient. It was a breath of fresh air from feeling like your being herded in and out like cattle. I've been to numerous specialist as of late and Dr. Womack is by far the most professional and personal that I've been to. I don't enjoy the prospect of having kidney issues but do look forward visiting her again. The whole experience was aces in my book.

I love how Dr Clara explains things to me in plain English. She apologizes for giving me to much information, but I appreciate it because that means I don’t have to go home and research it. As always, I was seen on time. This is a doctor's appointment I would never miss. The staff are courteous and efficient. Dr. Womack is an excellent doctor. She gets right to the point and takes the time to address my questions and concerns. She sends me the test results as soon as they are available. I highly recommend this practice.
