Erica Ventrella is well versed in her profession, and can be trusted to work with sensitive skin that is acne prone, prone to hyper-pigmentation, and other sensitivities. She has been able to work with my skin over time, as a patiShow moreent and attentive listener, to address many issues without causing any feared "side effects" from treatments or medications. Her practice has various treatments to help improve even sensitive skin. It has been helping mine.
Courtney is great and she makes an uncomfortable treatment easy to tolerate. Plus she helped me with one other small thing. The 4 instead of 5 is because I’ve been to the office now, 5 or 6 times. I have never, not once, gotteShow moren in at my appointment time. Usually, like Friday, 15 late. I’m guessing I”m not the only one who is delayed which is not good.

I have been to the Dermatology & Laser Center of San Diego on two occasions and both times I have been examined and treated by Ms. Hopp. She is very thorough in her examination, listens to all of my concerns, and answers all of my questions. I'm very satisfied with the level of care and treatment.
