FL Dermatology at Port St John has an excellent staff. Friendly, helpful and efficient. Courtney Tarter, PA-C, MSPAS, MS exhibits the highest degree of professionalism. Her exam is thorough as she inquiries about any issues, coShow morencerns or questions about oneself, the exam, procedures performed and/or recommended. She is informed about patient history to make certain nothing is missed. I only wish all medical personnel were as professional and courteous as Courtney Tarter. Additionally, Sue (last name?) is very professional in assisting and providing any further information following the exam/treatment. Sue was also training Chelsea (last name?) as an assistant, technician. Both were attentive, and sensitive to all issues. I recommend this office and personnel and have total confidence in the work performed.
My experience with Courtney Tarter has been nothing short of spectacular. She's extremely professional yet earthy and real. She absolutely cares about her patients well being and giving the best care possible. She is honest to a Show morefault. I'm a 3 time cancer survivor and have seen my share of Dr's. Miss Tarter is very good at her profession, she loves doing it, she cares very much about her patients, you can honestly trust her opinion , her bedside manner is terrific and she will be my dermatologist professional until I breathe no more! Courtney graduated from North Carolina State University in Raleigh, earning her bachelor’s in human biology and master’s in physiology. She then attended Wingate University, earning her master’s in physician assistant studies.
Excelling in dermatology, Courtney was accepted into the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants and completed the SDPA Diplomate Fellowship™️. My visit to florida dermatology went great. Courtney is a very smart woman. She was very thorough during my exam. She found a cancerous growth on the side of my head and removed it for biopsy. She explained everything in language that I understood. Rest of staff was very polite & caring. I highly recommend her ! William Schmidt

This was the second time visit to Fl Dermatology. My first visit two years ago with a different PA was not so good but this visit was excellent. The PA ( Courtney Tarter) did a thorough examination explaining what she was seeing as she went. Items were addressed and was very happy with my visit.

Great attitude and manner
I went in for an eczema problem and it was addressed immediately. The cream prescribed worked great!! I went back to have 3 skin tags removed and it was quick and painless. I highly recommend this place for all your skin issues!!!!
