Dr.Rodriguez was very nice and apologized for the wait, he was extremely thorough in his examination and asking if we had any questions. We felt very comfortable talking with him. I would definitely see him again. However, thShow moreere were a couple of drawbacks which were: the exam room was very warm and by the time we were seen, my son and I were both in a sweat. The other drawback was the wait time it took to be seen. We didn’t have to sit long in the waiting room, but once in the exam room, it was over 40 minutes before actually being seen. We were moments away from going out and looking for someone to see if we were still going to be seen by a physician. I understand that things get busy in doctors offices, but a check in from one of the MA’s letting us know that the doctor was running late would’ve been helpful, rather than being able to hear the MA’s gossip and laugh out in the hallway. (A refresher on HIPAA laws might be in order.) I’m sorry that this review may seem a bit harsh, I have worked in the medical field before and my husband currently works in the medical field- I really do understand that things can take a lot longer than you plan for. I do want to express how I was very pleased with the physician, for his politeness, competency and expertise. Again, I would feel comfortable seeing Dr Rodriguez again. The overall experience would’ve been smoother if we hadn’t had to wait for an unusually long time and in a very warm room.
Dr. Rodriguez was fabulous. I have been fighting acne for what feels like forever. Everything and everyone else was getting nowhere but he was able to answer all of my questions, helped me with a realistic skincare routine, and prShow moreovided solutions I could get started with right away to help me reach where I want to be with my skin. Craig Rodriguez, PA-C, is a certified physician assistant at Central Utah Dermatology in Richfield, Ephraim, Hurricane and Washington, Utah. Craig has extensive experience in medical dermatology and works alongside the rest of the team to provide the best surgical care.
Craig was raised in Cedar City, Utah, where he attended Southern Utah University for his bachelor’s degree in biology. He then went on to pursue his physician assistant studies at A.T. Still University School of Osteopathic Medicine. After completing his medical education, he worked in emergency medicine for several years before relocating to Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. There, he worked in dermatology for seven years.
At Central Utah Dermatology, Craig enjoys connecting with people and helping them understand their conditions and treatment options. He is excited to be a part of a community where he calls home and has the opportunity to meet new people.
Craig is married to his wife Dani, and they have six wonderful children together. As a family, they love exploring and learning about animals and nature. They also enjoy being active outdoors with activities like hiking, camping, and riding mountain bikes.
