About Dani Thomas, NP

Dani Thomas, NP, is a board-certified Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner and Acute/Critical Care Clinical Nurse Specialist on the team at Temecula Valley Primary Care Physicians. She cares for patients from the practice's convenient office location in Temecula, California. 

Dani grew up in San Diego. She attended Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas, for her undergraduate studies, receiving Bachelor of Arts degrees in Psychology and Sociology. After a brief career in childhood education, Dani earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from the University of Oklahoma. 

She has experience in inpatient psychiatry, long-term care, and acute care cardiology services, most recently working at Temecula Valley Hospital. She graduated with dual Master's degrees from San Diego State University in 2017, completing the Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner and Acute-Critical Care Clinical Nurse Specialist program with honors. She is a member of the American College of Critical Care Nurses and Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society. 

Dani lives in Murrieta with her husband, Nick, and son, Franklin. She is an avid reader and studies homeopathic remedies as a complement to traditional medicine. She enjoys traveling and spending time with her family and pets.
