As always, Dr. McDyer and staff are great. I couldn't be happier with the care I've recieved from him. He is patient (no pun intended), always happy to answer questions, doesn't rush as if I'm a burden to him, tries to make sure IShow more understand what's going on (even draws pictures to illustrate), is kind, and always seems aware that since he's a man, he REALLY doesn't know what it's like to go through what we go through as women, and wants to be sure he understands how I'm doing as he goes along. Can't really ask for more than that!
After months of searching i was referred by a family member to her OB-GYN office. Dr. McDyer one of the doctor's there who came highly recommended and i wasn't disappointed. His bedside manner was refreshing. He communicated well Show morewith me. It's very important that i have a doctor that will listen to all your concerns. Your first time with an OB-GYN doctor can be very embarrassing but, Dr. McDyer made the experience very easy and less awkward with his sense of humor. I appreciated that. I think I've found a new home here. The staff was also helpful and pleasant.

Dr. McDyer first enrolled at Rollins College in Orlando, Florida, and completed a degree in chemistry with cum laude honors. After deciding to pursue a career in medicine, Dr. McDyer attended the University of South Florida College of Medicine in Tampa and performed a four-year residency in obstetrics and gynecology at the University of Florida Health Jacksonville. During his residency, he also served as the administrative chief resident.
After completing his medical training, Dr. McDyer moved to Mount Dora, Florida, and entered private practice for four years. But his heart was still in Jacksonville, and it wasn't long before he returned. Today, Dr. McDyer has been practicing in the Jacksonville area for more than 20 years.
Throughout his career, Dr. McDyer has established himself as a leader in the field of gynecology and obstetrics. He is board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and was the Section 2 Chairman of District 12 of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists from February 2017 - October 2020. He's also president of the Jacksonville OB/GYN Society and a fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.

Scheduling an appointment was very easy. I online checked in which saves so much time. There was very little wait time. Time spent with Dr McDyer is always pleasant and he has a way of putting you at ease.
